We can’t believe how quickly the time is going! Taylor is working very hard on cutting her first tooth, rolling all over and enjoying lots of time with Daddy! Paul has been fortunate to have some leave time now that he is home and has dived right in, keeping Taylor home from day care as much as he can.

Following the lead of our good friends, the Mendoza’s, Taylor enjoyed a 1/2 cake for her 1/2 birthday. I say enjoyed, really she showed little interest. It was sticky cream cheese icing that I made (I figured we’d be the ones really eating it), and I don’t think she liked it much on her hands….where it quickly found its way to her arms, the high chair, her hair, etc. So this didn’t amount to much more than a quick photo op…but it was fun!
